My complaint:

My account was closed by Green Dot because I hadn’t spent any money for over a year. A few months later I reopened the account. Of course my Green Dot card had expired.
Now I’m weeks into a new account with Green Dot and I still have no Green Dot card and the Green Dot debit cards never got delivered. They are weeks late now.
In order to talk with someone on the phone I have to have a 16 digit Green Dot card number and CVV code. I don’t have those.
So the phone line can’t help me. I’m trying to run a Green Dot account but I have no tools to enable me to do that!!!!!!
Help me please!!!!!!!!
