My complaint:

Ho my name is Dionne Settle and I’ve been using green dot for an few years and I’ve never had any problem until now.
I received my Social Security check be direct deposits so as of November 27 my money was in my account and I was activating my card so that I could pay my bill’s and that’s when I notice that I couldn’t get in to my account cause my email on my account was different as they say cause I never changed anything on my account so comes Saturday November 28 I called green dot again asking why I haven’t seen any text about my account when I just checked my account amount was$458.00, the I checked it again on Sunday November 29 all of my money was home, I’ve never had an chance too use my card at all. Then Joy the represenitive checked my account and founded that fraudulent activity on my account then sent me too the dispute department and we did the paper work that Sunday November 29,2020

You can resolve this by given me my money back ASAP cause I'm unable too pay all my bill's and take my dog too the vet. I have never in my life felt so hurt by your company.
