Green Dot Bank complaint: No Green Dot card

My complaint:

On May 1st I reported my green dot card lost. there’s a 7 to 10 business day waiting period for the replacement card. Which was supposed to put me at May 14th, but with this pandemic they say it was scheduled for May 18th. It is now May 20th, I have not paid my rent, car note nor a few other bills because my last 2 paychecks are stuck in this account that I can’t access. Not to mention, I’ve been getting told every day since the 8th of May that my card was already at my local post office. It’s not being sent certified mail so how is it being tracked, and why are they clearly still lying to me?

Suggested solution:

Either transfer my funds to another temporary card that I can by at a store or currency exchange. Or change my phone number on my account so that I can have online access. It's hard to believe in the high tech day and age we live in, they can't do something as simple as changing the number on the account so I can get the verification code to access the app. You literally have to open a whole new account to change your personal information.
