My complaint:
I have called, i have left emails, and called back again. Only to be hung up on before i could speak to a representative. My issue is that i dont have a card but my stimulus check was loaded on to a greendot card that i no longer have.
Suggested solution:
Greendot should contact me via telephone with a live person to help me resolve the issue. I would like a new card or just send me a check for the total amount of my deposit.
