My complaint:

i LOST MY CARD OVER A MONTH AGO. i have called but I am being rejected or hung up on. Again it’s been about 6 weeks now. I can’t access any info because I don’t have a card. I purchased a new card from Walmart. However it has a different account number that the lost card where money is deposited. I need to have access to my funds, please help.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

replace my card account ending in 7575, so that I can access funds, I'm not even sure if money is stolen from my account.
