My complaint:
I had ordered a painting from this women that goes by the name “Jáneli” but her business is called “Artbaej” basically what happened was I ordered the painting between August 11th-19th i’ve never received it it’s now September. When I purchased the painting days passed.. I couldn’t even track my order, she didn’t even send me an email saying “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, your order will be ready shorty” she just didn’t give me it. Also, this has happened to multiple customers.. She will go weeks without replying to no one people would catch trouble trying to contact her. I had sent her a text basically saying “Hi! It’s been 2 weeks since I received my order, when will I get it?” She never replied.. she also constantly deletes comments when people ask her about the paintings they have ordered.. She even bragged about how much money she made on the paintings which was “10k” she said. She deleted the post because it was getting out of hand meaning people was coming for her. She limited her comments on her Instagram posts to where certain people can comment. The painting was that I ordered was $48.94.
Suggested solution:
I just wanted my money back.. this is unacceptable.
