My complaint:
Can’t talk to anyone becus of all automation..but I have 2 transactions that need to b refunded..I made a purchase online and it said there was a error, so I redid it thinking it was my fault..the 2nd one said error also..I called to find out why..and access corrections doesn’t take green dot..so they said it never posted..which means I’m owed the refund..
Suggested solution:
You should check on my account and see that the money hasn't been used..and I should b refunded asap.
