Complaint: My phone disconnected because of green dot

My complaint:

I put 65 dollars on green dot card. I went to my att website to make a payment of $55. (Tax $59.35). Payment was declined. Every day afterward art tried to rerun the amount and it was declined. I called several times ti no prevail. They even gave me fake (approval codes) where att supposedly got the money but it was all a lie. I want my money back plus some for the amount of time I was without a phone and all the problems I’ve faced due to this problem

My money back or phone paid within 24 hours of this complaint or a whole lot of cash depending on how much time I am forced to wait. I have recordings of each phone conversation with green dot and I want this resolved asap hh

Fake approval codes… Ha I got one better than that. I called about 10 min before the call center closed and spoke with a nice woman ( hard to understand though). She gave me a website that I was assured would correct my issue. WRONG… She gave me a bogus website so I call back and to my great supprise they are closed.
