My complaint:

Had 194.05 on moneypak reload card got comformation that was suscesfully loaded to greendot card 4971 that card is n closed account called greendot u said noway moneypak coulda been loaded to that card cause thats closed account n greendot and moneypak has same number for cistomer service but they say there not moneypak contact them

Its been since thanksgiving n havent found or got my money back emailed moneypak 15 times no responce i just want mymoney n since greendot and moneypak are the same bank put my money on thie new card i just want my money

2 weeks ago - This one to is my message I think they just like to have me give em my information over n over submitted 15 email to greendot refund request nothing bck not evn comformation they got my requests till i filed the complaint yesterday 30 min later got email n had me send my information again after coupla hours they said will notify u when we load the money on uour card in the morning well its 519 pm nothing else said

1 day ago - This message is from me not greendot bankI think the people that got in contact after i posted complaint i think were scammers posing to b greendot bank manager to get my information
