When I log in my green dot account it says your account has been closed.

They did the same thing to me. Closed my account with no notification after less than 2 months of inactivity. Due to this, my stimulus check was rejected and sent back to the irs. Took me 8 days to get ahold of someone at greendot, for them to tell me once the account is closed it cannot be opened back up. I will NEVER use greendot again, WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced… and I work in customer service. Dont waste your time trying to get ahold of them, they will not reopen your account.
Going through the same thing now over a month! They’re the worst!!!! Get a lawyer. My stimulus was rejected to because of this. They’re horrible!!
