My complaint:

I was charged an exceeded amount for a subscription I signed for and unfortunately I had to dispute the amount to have it refunded. But again unfortunately it was backfired, having my Turbo Prepaid Card closed and my account access limited and the remaining balance to be locked and stolen. I was told that the amount is locked and can not be accessed which is a load of crap, and that the card and account can no longer be used. I was also told that the amount was supposed to be handled through the subscription company and if they were to dispute it themselves it would be resolved. But no answer as to why the account was closed in the first place. With no balance being sent to me as a check form.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Send me at least the remaining balance on the account and leave the transaction alone. Just say it can't be reversed or something instead of leaving a customer in the dark with no curtesy call or information. Taking the remaining money in the account.
