My complaint:
I reached out to GreenDot about $533 taken off of my account. I told them my card was stolen I did not make the transaction. I even requested a new card which I got the new card but I didn’t get my money back. Two agents assured me that I would receive my funds back since they saw I didn’t make the purchases! Now I receive two emails stating that they didn’t see an error but clearly two agents saw the errors. I even filed a police report about my card being used GreenDot asked for the information which was given! GreenDot promised me my money back but they keep denying my request for my missing funds within 5 hours. That’s supper wrong! I just want my money back that I lost!
Suggested solution:
They should take this serious refund me my $533 that was taken form my account that I did not make! I never use cash!
