My complaint:
I made some purchases and I never received the merchandise. I asked green To help me! Greendot told me, I’m on my own. I explained to Green. The merchants isn’t responding. But yet, I’m on my own because I willingly went to the site and made the purchase.
Suggested solution:
Do what every other banking institution does and retrieve my money, protect my money
