Complaint: Holding our funds hostage because they wont send a card

My complaint:

We filed our taxes on turbotax and asked for a turbotax debit card. For a month my husband and I have been waiting for this card. Then our covid 19 stimulus money went onto the account that is linked to this card. We have tried Inuit turbotax and greendot. Intuit and turbo tax claim its greendots responsibility but no one ever answers there and we have even sent emails. We have tried to move our funds using the routing and account numbers they did provide but it won’t let us so all of our money is being held hostage and no one but green dot can help us. We asked for a second card. That still has not come and our family is devastated because this is money we needed to buy food with and pay Bill’s considering we havent worked due to covid 19 since march. Someone needs to help us

Send us a card thru FedEx or ups a.s.a.p or give us an option without their debit card to transfer our money to our other cards
