My complaint:
I have a Turbo Intuit card issued my Green Dot Bank. I received a direct deposit, minutes later my card was blocked to “protect the funds in the account.” Submitted my drivers license for verification 100 times. I have received no answers to as why my card was really blocked or any help in unblocking the account. I spoke with several supervisors. Nicki ensures me the process would be done by close of business day Friday 0814 and I would have access. Two days later, still nothing is resolved and representatives will not give me any answers. The money in this account is the only funds that I have and my access has been absolutely stripped with no explanation Irvine no regard to resolving my issue. I’m very upset, I can not pay my rent that was due yesterday nor any of my bills simply because of this.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account! Verify if you need to but accurately and in a timely manner! This is ridiculous
