My complaint:
There is a Vault function on the Green Dot App that I use. I stash money in there to help not over spend because the function halts a transaction attempting to retrieve extra funds. I had $1,000 in my Vault on Tuesday August 22, 2023. As I attempted to move the money from my Vault to my Available Balance (shows on my transaction history) to pay for the dinner I was having, the $100 I freed up became available, but my Vault now reads $0. This glitch has happened before, but it has never taken 48hrs to fix.
Suggested solution:
Plain and simple: a technical glitch shows an incorrect Vault balance of $0 when it should say $900. After it is fixed, I will be completely satisfied. And close my account with them.
I had the same thing happen to me today. Did you get the problem solved. I’m worried because rent is a week a way. I had some money in my vault. “Stash” and when I went to move it to pay some milk and It just disappeared. Idk what’s going on.
