My complaint:
I have an account with green dot. I had $1400 in available funds yesterday. Did not use the card and card was locked.. checked the app later in the day to discover all my money gone. No new charges, no fraudulent charges, just a big fat zero balance out of the blue.. have been trying to contact customer service for over a day now and just get put on hold for hours or no one ever comes to the chat help on the app. I don’t know what the next step is in trying to get my money back
Suggested solution:
I would like to be able to talk with an actual person to find a resolution to this matter and to obviously get my $1400 back
