My complaint:
They shut off my card right after taking their fees after I had added money .. the card was not brand new it was used many times prior and they said oh we will over night u a new one.. still not here..
I now can’t even call in the system recognized me and wont tet my call thru.. I am livid!!!
Suggested solution:
I want my card back to use and I wAnt to know why that happened bcz all their employees don't speak or understand English well and each one tells u a different bullshit answer and they are all wrong...
