Complaint: Manipulation, Fees, no customer resolution options

My complaint:

Green Dot refuses to respond to simple questions about account transactions via phone or chat. Chat is disconnected after two minutes and the allow it to time out before responding back about the issue. We had Gobank and really liked them. Our checks were deposited early and minimum ATM fees. They sent us this card telling us to switch because of the cash back incentive. We’ve earned $10.00 in the whole 3 months we’ve had the account while being unaware that we were paying $80 in one month for ATM and other misc fees, that I didn’t see until I checked they’re app, where the fees are located. You cannot search your transactions, like you can with Gobank, which is incredibly helpful. I rate this card a negative 3 and I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a class action lawsuit against this bank for fees and manipulative advertising.

Stop the manipulative advertising and be honest about fees. The ATMs you list as free charge fees. However the ATMs listed on Gobank are absolutely free. I'd love it if they'd just answer they're phone. As I sit writing this, I've already been ignored by three reps on chat and have been on hold for 13 mins with no promises of an answer. All I want to know is if a bill has been declined? Asap I will close this account and I highly recommend another bank. UPDATE they hung up the call before speaking with me
