My complaint:
In August 2019 my Walmart money card from green dot was frozen with 777.07 on it they told me because a money Pak card for 100 dollars was claimed to be used without permission but they would not contact the person who filed the claim to clear it up so they froze the entire account when only one hundred was in question and the people who filed the complaint have been trying to contact them to correct it but they are getting the run around I need my money badly
Suggested solution:
They should contact the responsible party and verify if what they saying was true then release all my money back to me via bank transfer
