My complaint:

On october 16th I transferred 120$ from my greendot acct to a chime acct. The transfer says it was posted on the 22nd. However, the money never posted to the account. I have contacted greendot and chime several times and have received no help. The support team at chime says there has been no transfer to my account and the support team at greendot says it was posted. The money has never been posted to my account.

I would like this transfer refunded to my account. Wherever it was sent it was not sent to the correct account
