My complaint:

I purchased a card. I lost it. Asked for a replacement card, but I never received it. I only keep receiving personalized cards with no money on there. Green dot has sent me 4 personalized cards within the last 3 to 4 weeks and not one single cards has my money on there. I spoke with 10 against over the phone and I keep having the same problem over and over again. At this point I just want my money back. I’m starting to feel like green dot has stolen money from me and is not trying to give it back. Y’all keep charging me monthly fees on a card I haven’t had a chance to use yet plus there no transactions on the card. They keep saying they will send me a replacement card but when I do receive a card in the mail, I always call you guys to help me set it up. One lady tried to help me set it up over the phone and It still didn’t work. Please I need help I really just want my money back at this point. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a bank.

Transfer the money to a card I already have. Or just simply give me my money back.
