My complaint:

I have misplaced my Greendot Card and called to get a new one but when i call and enter my information is says that it’s incorrect. I need assistance better never can speak to a live person. I need help obtaining my new card and updating my mail address.

Suggested solution:

I need help obtaining a new card for my payments.
