My complaint:
I waited on the phone for 4 hours to speak with a customer service representative about why my money is being held. Not only did the representative hang up on me, they also sat on the phone and never said anything. My direct deposit was issued on the 5th of January and green dot has a hold on my money and I want to know why. I have been calling all week and the calls just keep being disconnected.
