My complaint:

I made a complaint over a month ago, and the locked my account until it was resolved. On the 15th of May I received a letter from corporate that there wasn’t enough info to resolve it and the case was closed, and yet my card is still locked and I can’t use it. Why?

3 years ago - This will be very helpful, I have tryed for hours on end to get thru to customer service and cannot it just keeps saying due to high volumes it may take longer, I have sat on hold for up to 4 house at a time. Thank you for your help in this matter!
