Green Dot Bank complaint: Failure to be able to register card and then ignored by customer service

My complaint:

On the morning of May 21 , 2020 , I purchased a My Rewards Card-prepaid reloadable Green dot from one of the local Walgreens and loaded it with 57$ , now I waited until the afternoon of the 21st to try and register the card….but even then it told me that the card was invalid and unable to activate it at that time . So I repeated the process at least 5 more times…..trying everything I knew how to do to refresh the system and everything…..it was useless , so I contacted customer service support and explained to them what was going on with my situation and their suggestion was to clear my browser….okay I’ve already done all this before and this was their return first and only message to me . After they had given me that advice I explained to them how disappointed I was in their attempts to help me in my situation and the lack of effort from the staff…even in these times it was ridiculous . I never received a response back from them again to continue to give me any further help in the situation , so I sent them a message that I would be taking it to the FTC and BC , but I thought I would give it one last attempt with you guys to solve this issue for me.

Suggested solution:

I would like them to give me a card that actually works , or a complete refund of 57$ plus loading fee that's only fair , nothing more nothing less !
