My complaint:
A YEAR AGO I PURCHASED A GREEN DOT CARD AT STORE, AND WAS EXPECTING SOME MOMNEY DIRECT DEPOSIT. I COMPLAINED THAT MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED AND THEY DIDNT HELP SAYING THEY COULD’NT. I REGAINED ACCESS AFTER DAYS BY CALLING AND ORDERING A REPLACEMENT CARD, REGISTERING IT AND BOOTING THE HACKER, BUT MY $470 WAS GONE, SO THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND LIED TO ME FOR MONTHS ABOUT FILLING A DESPUTE, AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY REFUND IN SEPTEMBER THE HAVE BEEN GIVING ME MORE BS, AND ASKING FOR DOCS I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED. THIS HAS MADE MY ANXIETY AND STRESS SKY ROCKET, ADDING TO UNEMPLOYMENT, HOMELESS SITUATION, COVID 19, A SUICIDE ATTTEMPT AFTER LOSING HOPE AND A HEAD INJURY.

BY ISSUING ME MY REFUND, PLUS MORE TO MAKE UP FOR LYING TO ME, TREATING ME LIKE IM INVISIBLE AND NOT KNOWING THERE OWN POLICYS AND AGREEMENTS.
