My complaint:
I have been using green dot bank for the past year, and when I got married I changed my last name to my married name. They blocked my account because they said the name on the account did not match my maiden name, and I needed to send them a copy of my old drivers license with my maiden name. I submitted the copy of my old drivers license and now they are still giving me the run around, and will not release my payroll check to me. I have been trying to get my account unblocked for the past 4 days. When I call, I am being transferred to 4 different departments, and being told they have my information and it is pending review. So they have what they need, and they are still holding on to my paycheck. I plan on contacting the news as well as the BBB, this is absolutely wrong.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account so I can have access to my payroll check.
