My complaint:
Green dot sent me a replacement card,I tried to register it for three days in a row and can’t..It’s always tech problems ,called them and waited for two hours,no avail..They don’t respond to my emails.They also promised to refund my money if a dispute case is not solved after ten days on filling it. It’s already 14 days since.Very incompetent service.
Suggested solution:
Register my card,refund my money,answer emails and phone calls
