My complaint:
Green Dot has took my stimulants money from last April they have closed my account and locked it I am now homeless with a handicap child I have tried numerous times to contact them I’ve emailed with them back and forth still to know avail I will never recommend this company ever they’re horrible I call I’m on hold for 5 hours the automated service tells me my balance is $1,600 what not dollars on a closed account and I can’t get another card with the bank it says that’s as far as I can go horrible
