My complaint:

9-23-2020 I James Stamper disputed a transaction. Later on I was asked by green dot if I was trying to withdraw 1000 dollars so they disputed that. Since then I have tried reaching out to them but just get Prove your identity which I have done several times or I get put on hold just to be hung up on. This is very frustrating. So I reached out to our District Attorney for guidance. I used to post this complaint. I don’t want to sue GreenDot but I will if needed to get my money back.

Suggested solution:

Green Dot should issue me a check in the full amount I had when I disputed the transaction. I also have screenshots of my balance at that time and day.
