My complaint:

I am doing this on behalf of my uncle (Michael Jones and Angeliya Jones) My girlfriend passed away on July 22nd 2020 my daughter Angeliya’s mom. She put $900 on the card, we have been trying to get the money back every since. They told us to send a notarized letter ( I have a copy of this) it states that she had no will, estates, and it told them who to send it too. We have all of this evidence. They sent a check to the estate of Angela Edwards even though we told them that she didn’t have an estate, and we agreed on who they was going to send the check to which was me or my daughter. So I called in January 2021 a customer service person said they would send out another check and it would take 2 weeks. Well it has been a month and nothing, we even sent that old check back (I have evidence of this as well). Now I am on the phone trying to get someone to answer but that holding it no one is saying anything after waiting for 50 minutes. This is exhausting to say the least. We just want our $900 dollars back. OH no! After waiting for 50 minutes they have hung up the phone! I have called back now the wait is 28 minutes but I been on the phone for 35 minutes. After my wait time is over there is literally silence I have now been on this phone for 1hour and 30 minutes and still no answer just silence! I don’t have time there are absoutely horrible!
