My complaint:

Hello, 
I have been trying to close this account since April 16th, 2020. On that date my account had a ZERO balance. I have regularly contacted the customer support phone number on the back of the card, as well as the customer support numbers available on the internet – (866) 795-7597
There has been no response from your customer support since that date all, I have zero activity in my account, I do not use the card. There are now ELEVEN $7.95 Monthly Fees your company is continuing to charge me with no way to close my account. This is predatory. I’m requesting you close my account.

Close my account and remove the fees. This account has not been used since April 16th, 2020 in which I have consistently reached out to customer service to close my zero balance account. This is predatory.

This is the same thing happening to me. I closed the account last year with a zero balance via a representative on the phone only to discover yesterday in an emailed statement they have continued to charge monthly fees.
