My complaint:
I had a direct deposit from work to go2bank and they did not send me a debit card kept saying there was technical difficulties once the direct deposit was entered they closed my account and said I had to send them my ID. I have sent the ID multiple times and they keep saying they have it but back office has to release the account and they cannot talk to the back office. I have spoken to corporate resolutions Alex and he hung up on me after saying wait another 2 business days. It has now been almost 3 weeks that they have held my money and will not release it
