My complaint:
I purchased green dot card and loaded 500.00 on it and tried to setup my account and recieved a message that my card was in use . I contacted them an explained that I hadn’t used my card they told me my card was hacked and that I needed to provide proof of receipt and picture of card and my driver’s license an they would I would recieve my refund in 2 weeks . It’s now February 22, 2024 and they still haven’t issued my money back to me and keep giving me a run a round .
Suggested solution:
They need to issue my $500 back to me I provided proof and picture of green dot card front and back and a picture of my driver's license .
