My complaint:
Well I made a purchase on the 13 of April for apple air pods. And did curbside pick up so they charged me on the 13. A pre authorization. And then the charge hit my account on the 15 Green dot is saying that my account went in the negative because that purchase and I told them the money was taken on the 13. For a pre authorization so they have already got there money on the 13 the charge posting on the 15 would not put me in negative. Now they are refusing to fix it I made no purchases on the 15 wich was when I was put in the negative yet there’s is no transaction to show why also u can over charge a pre payed card. It’s pre payed u can only spend what u have in the account

I want my money out of this account but can’t until that is cleared out My negative balance Winn never do business with them again
