Complaint: Green dot ripped me off after misleading me

My complaint:

I purchased a g.d. prepaid visa and registered it, and never received my personalized card. Approx. 3-4 weeks passes so I call and was told to login to my account and and submit a request for a card to be resent due to it not getting it. I was assured that I would get my card with in 3 business days for a $15. Express delivery charge and wouldn’t be charged the card replacement fee. 8 days later and still no card, I call again and again I’m told another card would be sent with in 3-5 business days (this time) no charge and they refused to refund my $15 express delivery fee. Finally it arrives but it isn’t a valid green dot card for money pak. Even though the logo is on the money pak reload card and they once again assured me that I could load the $100 I paid to that reload card.

Suggested solution:

Send me a card that I can use and refund or credit those charges and fees that have clearly been a mistake in the processing dept. I'm not asking for all the late fees or reactivation fees for accounts that have gone red because of this, just the $15. Fee and the monthly fee and the replacement card fees. I would also like to see green dot bank get a customer service department that cares about their customers and the reputation of their company.
