My complaint:

I received a direct deposit on my green dot account , it was okay until the next morning when I tried to sign in my account and i discovered account was blocked, I contacted Greendot via twitter and they said my account is on block status because I received direct deposit anyway I have provided them with my ID but nothing has been Done. I’m late on my bills and my life is on pause because of this issue.

Suggested solution:

Unblock My Account So I Can Access My Money.
