Green Dot Bank complaint: I’m not in refund of my dispute money that was stolen for me and I have one that I disputed don’t know money isn’t it just my account

My complaint:

About two months ago I got a GreenDot card so I could access that stowaway to have my income tax go to an account and as soon as I got my stimulus and it hit I noticed a big chunk of money was missing from it and someone that access $370 of my money immediately called and asked them to deactivate and disputed all the transactions and they told me they would take up to 15 Days Inn in 15 days and I have an answer they would definitely cutting my account until they’d made a decision none of that happened they 5 hours later told me that they are not going to look into it and that they are disregarding it pretty much and I filed back a complaint stating that they had no right to do that there’s no way they can investigate that best and my money was stolen and they need to look into it and that they’re going to have to refund my money because if you look at any kind of evidence you can see that it was not me. Then I get later on and notification saying that they are going to look into it I get the supposed to reissue me another car at this point but you never receive and the letter they send me after a month says that they are cutting my account for $99 until they can just make a decision and I don’t know how they’re going to credit this amount of money cuz I have no car they never issued it they finally I asked them to reissue me another one next baby another card with Dan has no money on it either and I get an email yesterday saying that I would like to see you they could tell us about Angela and that I will be credit on my money nothing was credited I have no money on my card and then find out they did not even deactivate my card that was stolen when I was getting fraudulent U on I had three card active still one being the one that was reported stolen and they don’t see nothing wrong with that and when I call them every single time I’ve been hung up on buy every single department and they’ll say it’s by accident but no it’s Cloud not coincidental today I sent 3 and 12 hours trying to get someone to take care of my situation immediately and nobody would help me because they would all doesn’t disconnecting my line so I need assistance with this because it is not okay to do people like this is in my money this is the only money I have and this is their job is to take care of it and do their part if I have done my part and they’re not doing that so please help me in any way you can my contact number is 512-770-3407 name is Melissa Sheridan and name mailing address is 2809 West William Cannon Drive Apartment 205 B Austin Texas 78745

Suggested solution:

They should have followed through with disabling my card that was getting access in my money that could have been saved like $172 which is after it was reported stolen because it was still active and they never deactivated till today 2 months later on top of that they did not believe that any of my money and are saying that I won my dispute but never referred received any money nor did they even had the audacity to stay on the phone with me to explain or try to fix the problem they all five people hung up on me today and that is not just coincidence this is needs to be issued immediately because I cannot go without that money and I cannot believe the company has ran like this
