My complaint:
On July 23rd 2020 I recieved a direct deposit into my account. After reviewing my account my direct deposit was transferred into a closed account which my current card had replaced. Its been almost 4 months and i have yet to recieve the money back that is froze in a account i can no longer access. I have multiple talks with Greendot corporate and customer service. I have complied in everyway possible.
Suggested solution:
Green dot should look at both accounts they are connected to my social security number birthday and name number etc. Beings they moved it to a closed account they should return it to the original account it went to.
