My complaint:

I had my wallet stolen in late November. I ly made a dispute which as I had all my information stolen and compromised, it should have been a done deal. My dispute was not only denied but its now been months later and I can’t even get a manager on the phone. I had to schedule a call back to get in 24-48 hours and this is not the first time in doing so. My account has been COMPLETELY drained and they have no time it seems to speak with me. I was also hung up on several times prior. I had a decent chunk of change in this institution and its embarrassing on their behalf how they operate.

Suggested solution:

Pay me back what was stolen from me
