My complaint:
On February 23rd 4696 hit my account around midnight on the 24th when I woke up I had $4,280 available I immediately called have been freeze the account asked what the transactions were there were three of them I disputed all three I did not make any purchase at O’Reilly’s or circle k or some online game system totaling around $470.
I believe filed a dispute they sent me a replacement card 3 weeks later would not let me have access to any of my funds that were still in there they denied my dispute for those three saying that I have the card in my possession therefore I must have authorized it which I did not the new card was activated and within 3 days everything was taken except for $888 which year it is 85 days later and I’m not even gotten that bit of money I disputed.
The 35 transactions that happened within a 2 to 3 day period they denied that this is student loan money that I’m going to have to repay in 2 years I did not get one dime of it not one dime have I gotten of the 4,696 I need help
