My complaint:
Green dot denied my claim when I opened a transaction dispute. Literally, every bank gives you your money back but the green dot did not. They did not even give me a valid reason for denial.
I AM GOING TO SUE GREEN DOT IF I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK.
Suggested solution:
approve my claim and just give me the money back that I lost due to apple cash's poor, trashy customer service and security.
