My complaint:
I got my tax return sent on a green dot card I reported unathorized transaction on my account then open a complain n to investigation for unathorized transactions green dot denied my claim and blocked my card and I still have money on my account then they closed my acct I sent in verification and said I would get my refund check on April 8 2022 and I still have not received my money every time I call I get the same answer I really need my money thank u
Suggested solution:
Send my money either on a green dot card or a check asap
