My complaint:
I have two accounts with green dot the account with all my money in it is the card I had to cancel n I have to pay my rent green dot is saying there’s no way for me to access my funds unless I have the personalized card which has not came in the mail
Suggested solution:
They should b able to release my funds some how some way it's not like there letting me borrow money its my money that I work hard for n I want it now idc if my card never came or not transfer my money out just like u let it get transferred in without the personalized card. the mails bacc up cards not coming when supposed to n am supposed to get penalized cause my card didn't come it's my money n I want it
