My complaint:
I have ordered cards, never reiceved ANY of them and it’s been over a month I have money in my account that I can’t even use because they are too stupid to give me a temp card, or because they won’t unblock my account so I can transfer it to a different bank. I hate them and I’ll never use them again I will suggest to anyone thinking about filing with turbo tax to think again because yoh will never talk to someone who can actually help. They all say the same thing “if u don’t have the card you have to wait” BUT I HAVENT GOTTEN A SINGLE CARD YET.
Suggested solution:
UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN TRASNFER MY FUNDS TO A BETTER BANK BC THEY SUCK ASS
