My complaint:
Quickbooks Online and Payments closed my account after Subscribing to their service within 3 days and it resulted in funds that were deposited from that into Green Dot Bank to be held.
After many calls to their corporate resolution center, they said I can look at my states rules for Unclaimed property but that will be in 2 to 5 years from now likely.
I cannot access money, which was paid to me by a long time friend and business client (obviously not fraud). They will not send it to me even as a check.
Very shady business practices and they just keep deferring back to each other saying call Quockbooks or call Green Dot and back and forth with no help or resolution.
Suggested solution:
Send me my 600 dollars.
