My complaint:

Hello.. I do not have my own place of residence and I was homeless when I purchased the green dot master card in hopes of having a visa-master card. Come to find out that I can not because I do not have a ID. I tried verifying my account several times and was told that I can not receive a new card or a replacement temporary card or a refund check. I can not get an ID as I do not have a bill in my name to present to the DMV for address verification purposes… I have tried and tried and I just would like my funds.

Suggested solution:

Issue a refund check before I have to relocate again and have to go through all of this again
