My complaint:
My account was locked after my deposit and tax refund. Customer service asked for my ID twice but denied it and disconnected the call. Now I have called back six times and My account is now closed, and they have decided they will not return my funds. Their policy allows them to close accounts anytime without notice. That’s fine because I no longer want to do business with them it’s the fact they refuse to return my funds that’s the issue. I have kids and responsibilities, and they can’t just take my hard earned money. Please resolve this immediately.
Suggested solution:
I want my funds back via check as soon as possible. Keep the account closed just give me my money back.
