My complaint:
Hi I don’t know where else to turn. I have been waiting months for my unemployment money which I received today into my green dot account. Green dot blocked my account and asked for my driver’s license which I submitted. Then I was told that my license is fake and they closed my account. Telling me to have unemployment request for refund. I spoke with unemployment and they told me they can’t do this. So in turn green dot is keeping just shy of $7000 from me

Release my money immediately to me
